So excited to share the new report from NCD on decision-making and people with disabilities that Quality Trust had the privilege to assist with. NCD did a great job of framing the human rights and self-determination issues associated with over-reliance on guardianship as a preferred support for decision-making. This will help advance the national conversation on Supported Decision-Making and expand options for people.
