In this webinar, you will learn practical information about alternatives to guardianship and the tools to support a person with a disability to make his or her own life decisions about education, housing, medical care, and other important life events.JHJP helps people with disabilities design and use practical tools – such as Supported Decision-Making (SDM) Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other decision-making arrangements – to avoid unnecessary or undue guardianship.
