What is Dimensions of Support ?

Dimensions of Support (DoS) is a real-time quality assessment for Home and Community-Based Service providers and agencies looking to improve their delivery of person-centered services. It is competitively priced and completed remotely from our office in Washington, DC.  Through interviews, review of records, data analysis, and environmental assessment, our Quality Services Navigators will provide best practice recommendations typically over the course of one week. They will work with the provider to ensure creative implementation success.  The Dimensions of Support model was developed from our 20 years’ experience of meeting people, interviewing staff, and perfecting our data review process. Dimensions of Support draws from our history of independent monitoring in the District of Columbia.
